Sırış Law & Mediation Office provides legal counselling service for its Turkish and multinational clients carrying on its business in individual and corporate fields of activity, prepares negotiation and contracts, conducts general meetings and provides support in daily activities in fields of law such as preparing documents related to these and revision of the Board of Directors and aims to avoid possible losses by taking preventive (proactive) measures. We are providing legal solutions for our clients related to their activities that they carry out both in Turkey and in international arena and their growth plans through an effective, efficient and reliable approach.
In addition to legal counselling service, our team also carries out activities in the fields of lawsuit and arbitration. We are dealing with the requirements of the client or the enterprise (regardless of the size and complexity) related to the lawsuit process in every aspect and we are providing execution proceedings services in order for our clients to get their receivables in the fastest way by means of the department of execution by providing comprehensive services during debt recovery and bankruptcy processes. In addition, we provide legal support in every phase of arbitration cases including setting the most suitable strategy related to the matter of dispute during the arbitration process, defenses against the arbitration and recognition and enforcement of the decision after arbitration.
Sırış Law & Mediation Office which provides professional and active service in the fields of Mediation and Conciliation which is one of the alternative solution disputes in today’s world aims the parties to resolve the disputes between them on their own by practicing systematic techniques such as bringing the parties together to conduct negotiations, trying to make the parties understand each other and thus to create solutions by acting impartial for the parties to determine their real dispute matter and their benefits.
