As Siriş Law & Mediation, we provide attorneyship services for local and foreign natural and legal persons in all the branches of law within the fields of work of our office including the lawsuits in domestic courts, follow-up of i bankruptcy/debt enforcement processes, representation of local and foreign clients in the legal processes carried out before local arbitration committees and/or ICC, LCIA, ICSID and other international arbitration institutions, recognition and enforcement of decisions to be given by judicial authorities or arbitration committees in Turkey and carrying out the legal procedures regarding the execution of these in Turkey, identifying the foreign law offices (on the basis of the needs of the client) which legal support will be received regarding the disputes arising from contracts where foreign law is valid and the coordination between the client and the said law offices.
